My approach blends documentary storytelling with an editorial eye, giving you the space to be fully present and enjoy your day as it unfolds, with a little gentle direction whenever you need it. Based in Connecticut and photographing weddings throughout Newport, Rhode Island, and New England, my goal is simple: to capture your day in a way that feels natural, personal, and true to you.
Hi! I’m Allison
I'm the photographer behind Mott Collective, and for over a decade, I've had the privilege of documenting some pretty incredible moments and meaningful milestones.
What I love most about photographing weddings is getting to know the people behind them. The relationships, the personalities, the little interactions that make every celebration different. I believe the best photographs come when you're comfortable enough to simply be yourselves, and that's exactly the kind of experience I hope to create.
I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year, allowing me to give every couple the time, attention, and care they deserve, from our first conversation to the delivery of their final gallery.
