The Heirloom is designed for couples who want it all, capturing your entire wedding day from the quiet, intimate moments of getting ready to the energy of the final dance. With the time and flexibility to document multiple first looks, larger bridal parties, full getting-ready coverage, packed dance floors, and extended family, it ensures nothing is missed and every part of your story is told with depth and intention.

Additional Hourly Coverage (Full Team)| $750 / hr
Extends coverage for both Allison and your Associate to seamlessly adapt as your wedding day logistics evolve.
Additional Hourly Coverage (Solo Lead) | $500 / hr
Extends documentary coverage with Allison only. Perfect for adding quiet morning prep or late night dance floor moments.
The Full Engagement Session Upgrade | $850
Add an engagement session to the digital only Treasures collection. Includes 60 minutes of continuous solo-photographer coverage, 75+ edited images, a 2-3 day sneak peek, and a relaxed, beautifully guided location experience. (Already built directly into Collections I & II).
Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party Coverage
Capture the unscripted toasts, warm hugs, and casual energy of your wedding eve. Includes up to 2 hours of continuous documentary event coverage and a dedicated edited digital archive.
Solo Storytelling ($1,200): Documented exclusively by Allison. Perfect for intimate dinners and casual cocktail spaces where a single camera keeps the atmosphere perfectly relaxed. (Includes 100+ images)
Full Team Coverage ($1,500): Documented by two photographers. Ideal for larger welcome parties with 75+ guests spread across an expansive venue. (Includes 150+ images)
PRINTED HEIRLOOMS
The Primary Heirloom Album | $1,600
A custom-designed, 20-spread (40 pages) luxury flush-mount album printed on archival photographic paper with your choice of premium leather or linen covers. Designed entirely in-house with a clean, minimalist layout. (10x10 size fully included in Collection II; 12x12 size fully included in Collection I).
Upgrade a standalone album from 10x10 to 12x12 | +$350
The Parent Album Companion Set | $1,100
Two exact, smaller-scale 8x8 duplicate replicas of your primary Heirloom Album. The perfect thank you gift for family. (Fully included in Collection I).
TRAVEL & LOCATION POLICIES
Regional Driving Coverage
All wedding collections include up to 120 miles round-trip travel from my base in Connecticut. For locations beyond 120 miles round-trip, driving mileage is billed at $0.85/mile for the excess distance. (Overnight lodging may be required for drive times exceeding 3 hours).
Destination & Flight-Required Weddings
Flat Travel Fee | $1,200 – $1,500
For celebrations requiring air travel, a single, all inclusive flat fee is added directly to your collection to keep logistics completely transparent and stress-free. This includes:
Round-trip airfare out of major CT/NY hubs with dedicated baggage allowance for professional equipment cases
2–3 nights of hotel lodging (ensuring arrival 1.5–2 days prior to your event)
Dedicated ground transportation, rental vehicle, and daily per diem
Full commercial equipment liability & property insurance coverage while on location
